The Services (defined below) are provided by Digital Marketing Academy (together with its subsidiaries and international affiliates, “ DMA.Global ,” “us,” “we,” or “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DMA.Global website , applications, learning management system and other products and services (“Services”), such as WhatsApp groups , Facebook groups, Instagram pages , Facebook pages, email/SMS/phone and other social media forums hosted by DMA.Global , which are deemed to be part of the “Services” by reference. Because some of our Services may be software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet or other device, you agree that we may automatically update that software and that these Terms will apply to such updates. You acknowledge that certain portions of the Services, as noted above, are provided by third party service providers and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions. DMA.Global is not responsible for any disruption to the services caused by such third party service providers. Although you may “save” a certain portion of our platform and thereby bypass these Terms, your use of the platform still binds you to these Terms.
These Terms, including any additional terms and conditions, and the policies referenced in these Terms, constitute a binding agreement between you and us with respect to the Services. You signify your agreement to these Terms by clicking or tapping a button indicating your agreement to these Terms, signing a document that references them, or using the Services. Additionally, these Terms of Service apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are recruiters, colleges/universities, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of these Terms, then you may not access the website or use any Services.
Any new features or tools which are added to the Services shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Registration and Information. You do not need to register with us to simply visit and browse our website, but in order to access and use most of the Services we offer, you will need to create a password-protected account (“Account”).
During the registration process, you will also be required to provide your personal information, which may include information regarding your name, age, gender, mobile device and location, among other things. You agree that the information you provide upon registration and at any time thereafter will be true, accurate, current and complete. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate and complete at all times while using the Services.
By providing us with your email address and phone number, you consent to us contacting you via phone calls, SMS notifications, mobile applications, email and/or any other electronic means of communication in the event of upcoming events, program updates and deadlines.
You are solely responsible for the safety of your password (“Password”) at all times and must keep your Password secure at all times. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account and you must immediately notify us of any breach of security or any unauthorized use of your Account. Likewise, you will never use someone else’s Account without our permission. You agree that you will not misrepresent yourself or hold yourself out as another user of the Services. You
hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for your own losses, damages and expenses (direct or indirect) caused by the unauthorized use of your Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be held liable for our losses or others due to such unauthorized use. DMA.Global reserves the right to use your social media logins to authenticate your identity and/or the information you provide. DMA.Global reserves the right to use your social media logins to obtain information to pre-populate your application forms. DMA.Global reserves the right to store any information obtained through such social media login and use it for any future job applications on your behalf to which such information relates. DMA.Global will not be liable for any delays in providing any information provided by you.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS DMA.Global
The Services, Programs (defined below) and related services are owned and operated by DMA.Global and its licensors. Unless otherwise provided herein, all content or other materials available on our platform or through the Programs, including but not limited to online/live lectures, speeches, video lessons, tests, presentation materials, homework, programming assignments, programs, code and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video clips, HTML and files (collectively, the “ DMA.Global Content ”) are the property of DMA.Global and/or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, patent and/or other intellectual property rights under applicable laws. All software used in the Services, including our Learning Management System, website and application(s), is the property of DMA.Global and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
The DMA.Global logos, trademarks, and service marks that may appear on the Services and the Program (the ” DMA.Global Marks “) are the property of DMA.Global and are protected by applicable law. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used in connection with the Services, online courses, or Programs, with or without attribution, are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners. In addition, elements of the Services are protected by trade dress and other applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express written consent of DMA.Global .
As a condition of accessing the Services and/or using the Programs, you agree not to (a) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any DMA Content . Global or any portion thereof, except as expressly permitted by these Terms; and (b) use DMA.Global marks or the name, trademarks, service marks or other materials of any educational partner in connection with or for the transmission of any unsolicited messages or e-mails or for any other unauthorized purpose.
Please review all content before use. In the event that you encounter any content that is inaccurate, infringing, offensive, obscene or objectionable, please notify us immediately at the address provided at the bottom of this page.
In addition, from time to time, DMA.Global (or its third party service providers on behalf of DMA.Global ) may request that users review DMA.Global content or beta test the Services. Works resulting from such activities shall remain the sole property of DMA.Global or its third party service providers, as applicable.
LIMITED LICENSE
The Services are licensed, not sold. As consideration for your agreement to these Terms, DMA.Global grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Programs solely in accordance with the Terms and only for as long as you use our Services. For DMA.Global premium courses , access will be granted for a period of one year following completion of the applicable course(s). You may download or copy portions of the DMA.Global Content available on the Services only for your own non-commercial and personal use, provided that you retain all copyright and other notices contained in such DMA.Global Content . You may not copy, sell, resell, reproduce, publish, modify, transmit, retransmit, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of the Services, Program, DMA.Global Content . Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain reference documents, digital textbooks and articles may be provided to you with permission from third parties, and use of this information is subject to certain terms and conditions, and you agree to abide by all such terms and conditions.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing terms, the following are the types of uses that DMA.Global expressly identifies as falling outside the definition of “non-commercial and personal use”:
- sale or lease of (i) any part educational content, ( ii ) any derivative works based at least in part on educational content, or (iii) any collective work that includes any part educational content;
- selling access or links to any part educational content;
- providing training, support, or editing services that use or reference educational content for a fee;
- usage educational content provided by a college, university, school or other educational institution for instruction for which a fee is charged;
- usage educational content by a for-profit corporation or non-profit organization for internal professional development or training; and
- usage educational content for display/upload/provide in a place accessible to the general public by any means, including but not limited to any social networking sites, video download sites and torrents.
Children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area) are prohibited from using our Services. In addition, all users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under 18) may not create an Account or have a parent or guardian open an Account for them, and must have the permission of and be under the direct supervision of their parent or guardian to use the Services.
USER CONTENT
The Services allow you to share your content, such as homework assignments, tests, exams, projects and other assignments you submit, posts you make on forums, and the like (“User Content”), with DMA.Global , instructors and/or other users. You retain all intellectual property rights and are responsible for the User Content that you share. We are not responsible for any actions you take with respect to User Content, including publicly sharing it. Additionally, you are not allowed to use another user’s User Content without that user’s express consent.
HOW DMA.Global AND OTHERS MAY USE USER CONTENT
To the extent you provide User Content, you grant DMA.Global a fully transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly perform, publicly display and otherwise use the User Content. This license includes granting DMA . Global the right to authorize institutions that offer courses as part of the Services to use the User Content with their registered students and on-campus learners independent of the Services. For clarity, this license continues even after you stop using the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any other legal rights that DMA.Global may have in the User Content. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms. To the extent that instructors and/or other users use User Content in a manner not authorized by you or DMA.Global , DMA.Global is not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by you due to your misuse of User Content or any infringement of your intellectual property rights in User Content.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove User Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms. You agree that User Content will not violate any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. You also agree that User Content will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, offensive or obscene material, or contain any computer viruses or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.
PROJECT
During your studies with us, DMA.Global may conduct final projects as part of your curriculum to give you the opportunity to solve practical problems relevant to your program (a “Problem”). Such problems may be provided by DMA.Global , or you may also propose specific problems of your own to work on. You will be free to use DMA.Global resources and the guidance of DMA.Global mentors and tutors to solve the problem (a “Solution”).
Accordingly, notwithstanding anything set out in the “User Content” and “How DMA.Global and others may use User Content” sections above, the following terms and conditions apply to final projects:
- If the Problem is provided to DMA.Global , then DMA.Global will exclusively retain all intellectual property rights in such Problem in perpetuity. Additionally, DMA.Global will also own all intellectual property rights in the Solution to such Problem developed by you, and will have the right to otherwise use the Solution in any manner DMA.Global deems appropriate. You have the right to display the Problem and Solution to demonstrate your skills for career advancement and promotion, however, you must not use the Problem and/or Solution for any commercial purposes in any way.
- If the Problem is open source or is derived from an unidentifiable source, then, unless expressly prohibited, you and DMA.Global jointly own all intellectual property rights in the Problem and the Solution. Accordingly, DMA.Global has a fully transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable , worldwide right to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise use the Problem and the Solution. If you wish to transfer/license or otherwise exploit any of your intellectual property rights in the Solution, you must provide DMA.Global with prior written notice of doing so.
- If the Problem is acquired by you and/or from any third party source, you must disclose the source of the Problem to DMA.Global . DMA.Global has the right to list the Problem in your personal e-portfolio posted on its website and to retain it as part of its academic records. In addition, unless expressly excluded otherwise, the intellectual property rights in the Solution to the Problem will be jointly owned by you and DMA.Global . Accordingly, DMA.Global’s rights in the Problem and Solution as set out in paragraph 2 of this Section above shall apply accordingly to the Solution to such Problems.
FEEDBACK
We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments and other feedback regarding the Services (“Feedback”). By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use the Feedback without restriction or compensation to you. By accepting your Feedback, DMA.Global does not waive any rights to use similar or related Feedback previously known to DMA.Global , developed by its employees or contractors, or obtained from other sources.
We reserve the right to examine and analyze any non-personal information you provide on the website, including Feedback. Any reports or compilations created by us based on your information (“Derivative Reports”) are owned exclusively by DMA.Global, and DMA.Global reserves the right to use such Derivative Reports for internal purposes or to improve the Services. Derivative Reports, at DMA.Global discretion , may be provided to its affiliates and its consultants.
SAFETY
At DMA.Global, we take data security and privacy very seriously. . While we work to protect the security of your Account and related information, DMA.Global cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your Account.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT
Through the Services, you will be able to access and/or use content provided by instructors of the Programs offered through the Services, other users and/or other third parties, as well as links to websites and services maintained by third parties. DMA.Global cannot guarantee that such third party content on the Services or elsewhere will be free of material that you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate, or malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device or any files therein. DMA.Global disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access to or use of such third party content. Any use by you of third party content is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the tools are provided by the relevant third party provider(s).
It is clarified that DMA.Global does not have a principal-agent or employer-employee relationship with any instructor, user or third party and will not have any liability or responsibility on behalf of such persons/entities.
EDUCATIONAL PARTNERS AND ACCREDITATION
DMA.Global is NOT a university, but an education provider offering programs (“Program(s)”) in coordination with global universities, educational institutions, government agencies, NGOs, corporations, etc. (each, an “Education Partner”).
DMA.Global may offer a credential or other certification to participants who have satisfactorily demonstrated proficiency in the Program material. You will be issued a credential in accordance with these Terms and Conditions upon successful completion of the Program as required by DMA.Global and/or its Education Partner. DMA.Global may choose not to offer any credential or other certification for some Programs. DMA.Global may, in its sole discretion, decide whether to provide a record of a participant’s performance in a Program. The format of any credential or other certification, and any certification provided by DMA.Global in relation to Programs, will be determined by DMA.Global and/or the Education Partner in its sole discretion and may vary by Program.
You will be awarded a certificate of successful completion of the Program (“Program Certificate”) upon meeting the criteria and requirements of DMA.Global and/or its educational partners.
You acknowledge and agree that any Program associated with an Educational Partner may be governed by the terms, policies, and procedures of the applicable Educational Partner in addition to the DMA.Global Terms . Without limiting the foregoing, if you are a student registered or enrolled in an Educational Partner or otherwise attending a program and completing studies for credit or certification through that Educational Partner, you acknowledge and agree that (a) the Educational Partner may have its own terms, policies, or procedures regarding your eligibility for the Program, your participation in the Program, the requirements or prerequisites for receiving credit or certification for the Program, and/or your educational or student records as they may relate to your participation and performance in the Program, and (b) your educational or student records are maintained by the Educational Partner, including for purposes of assigning credit or certification, and not by DMA.Global .
RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION
DMA.Global is committed to advancing the science of learning and teaching, and records of your course participation may be used for educational research. Research results are generally reported at an aggregate level. Your personal identity will not be publicly disclosed in any research results without your express consent.
PAID SERVICES
DMA.Global offers paid Services for the fees specified on our Platform. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and applicable taxes through the payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid Services. If your payment method does not work or your Account is past due, we may charge fees through other collection mechanisms. Fees may vary based on your location and other factors, and DMA.Global reserves the right to change any fees at any time in its sole discretion. Any change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the applicable Services.
MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF OUR SERVICES
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove features, functions, or requirements, or we may suspend or discontinue a Service entirely. Accordingly, DMA.Global may terminate your use of any Service for any reason. If your use of a paid Service is terminated, refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DMA.Global . In addition, each of our programs (the “Program”) may have a separate set of terms and conditions regarding payments, cancellations, refunds, and similar related matters. DMA.Global and its directors, instructors, participants, sponsors, and other business partners, and their employees, officers, personnel, contractors, and other agents (the “ DMA . Global Parties ”) will have no liability to you for any such actions. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time.
We may also terminate your access to our Services if we learn that you have engaged in the dissemination of any information, whether written or oral, that may promote misinformation, inaccuracies or deceptive content about products and services, or have violated any of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, any other applicable policies or agreements between us or any applicable laws. In this regard, we may additionally take any necessary action, including legal action and removal of any inappropriate information that you have shared. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or additional services necessary to connect to, access, receive or use the Services, including, without limitation, hardware devices, software and other Internet, wireless, broadband, telephone and/or other mobile communication device connection services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any such equipment or additional services are compatible with the Services, and you are responsible for all charges incurred in connection with the use of the Services and the Program in connection with all such equipment and additional services.
PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by DMA.Global , full payment of Program fees is required at the time of registration for the Program. Any refund of fees, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the applicable Program refund terms and conditions as specified in the offer letter and/or on our website.
DMA.Global Courses : All fees paid for Program courses NIMA are non-refundable. Once payment has been made towards enrollment in a NIMA course, the amount will not be refunded, regardless of whether the user has completed the course, partially completed it, or .
It is the sole responsibility of the User enrolling in the Program to verify the accuracy and evaluate the suitability and relevance of the selected Program. Enrollment in the Program is non-transferable.
In order to pay for any Program or purchase any Services, you must have Internet access and a valid, accepted payment method as specified during registration and/or in the terms of your Program (“Payment Method”). DMA.Global does not store any of your credit card details or other information restricted by the relevant regulatory authorities for the purpose of processing payments and cooperates with payment gateways for payment for Services. By using a third party payment service provider, you must comply with the terms and conditions of such payment service provider, including any collection/facilitation fees charged by such third party. In the event that DMA.Global’s third party payment service provider stores any such information, DMA.Global will have no liability for such storage and it will be in your sole discretion to allow such third party to store such information. Any loss of such information or any damages incurred by you due to the use of such information will be your sole loss and DMA.Global will not be liable in any way for any such damages and will not be liable for any compensation/reimbursement of such damages in any way.
Failure to pay the applicable Program fee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Program may result in the revocation of your access to the Program. Depending on where you are making a transaction with us from, the type of payment method used and the location where your payment was made, your transaction with us may be subject to currency exchange fees, exchange rates and other related charges.
In order to assist you in paying your Program fees, we may put you in touch with several banking and financial institutions. Your interaction with such institutions will be voluntary. DMA.Global is neither an agent nor a representative of any such institutions.
Such institutions may provide their services to you in accordance with their terms and conditions. Their terms and conditions will govern your relationship with such institutions. Under no circumstances will DMA.Global will not be considered a part of or responsible for such relationships. Additionally, DMA.Global will have no liability and/or responsibility for you or such third party institutions and/or on your behalf.
DMA.Global may not support all payment methods, currencies or payment locations. If you decide to cancel your registration, please contact our program office regarding this matter. Additionally, once you have paid your Program fees – in part or in full, depending on the Program – DMA.Global will provide you with the Program terms and conditions and grant you access to the Program.
Due to certain exceptional circumstances, if DMA.Global has granted you access to a Program pending payment and DMA.Global does not receive payments within the required time period, DMA.Global may, in its sole discretion, revoke your access to the Program without notice.
DISCLAIMER
The services and all included content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The DMA.Global Parties specifically disclaim all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement , as well as any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade, whether express or implied. The DMA.Global Parties further disclaim any liability related to your access to or use of the services or any related content. You acknowledge and agree that any access to or use of the services or such content is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the DMA.Global Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, loss of business opportunity, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any party other than the applicable DMA . Global party , including, without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct; (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your content or information; (d) these terms; or (e) any act, omission or negligence by you. In no event shall DMA . Global’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed one hundred Euro US (100 Eurо ).
You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in these Terms of Use reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and the DMA.Global Parties , and that these limitations are an essential basis for DMA . Global ‘s ability to provide the Services to you on a commercially reasonable basis.
You agree that any cause of action related to the Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Otherwise, such cause of action is forever barred.
Additionally, DMA.Global is not responsible for the unavailability of or access to the website due to any technical reason, including internet speed or downtime, server downtime, server failure to respond, virus, bugs, trojan horse or other malicious software, whether known or unknown at the date, software or hardware incompatibility, or for any reason whatsoever.
DMA.Global makes no express or implied representations or warranties or any other commitments other than those specifically set forth in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the DMA.Global Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) your use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (c) User Content, including without limitation any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to Service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, etc. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
You agree that any dispute related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of Ukraine . You also consent to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in the courts located in Ukraine , which shall serve as the legal forum for any such dispute.
Except for claims for injunctive or other equitable relief, you or DMA . Global may at any time elect to resolve a dispute through binding, non-appearance-based arbitration. The dispute will then be resolved using an established alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) provider mutually agreed upon by you and DMA . Global . The parties and the chosen ADR provider will not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses, unless otherwise agreed by the parties; instead, the arbitration will be conducted, at the option of the party seeking relief, online, by telephone, or through written submissions only. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately when we post them. In all cases, your continued use of the Services following the posting of such changes, with or without notice, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly we may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS
If a particular provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, this will not affect the other terms. If you fail to comply with these Terms and we do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we are giving up any rights we may have (such as taking action in the future).
Confidentiality and privacy of data
You undertake to adhere to the principles of confidentiality and privacy in all matters related to the data and information of DMA.Global , its employees/staff and/or students. You understand the utmost importance of protecting personal information and undertake to adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct in handling the various forms of data and information belonging to DMA.Global , its employees/staff and/or students during your academic/study activities. This data may include, but is not limited to, personal data, employee data, fellow student data, proprietary business data, academic/study records and any communication (emails, WhatsApp, phone calls, text messages or any other physical or electronic media used by you in the process) between you and fellow students or you and program managers, lecturers or other organizers.
You undertake to adhere to the following principles and responsibilities to ensure data confidentiality:

You will not engage in any activity that compromises the privacy of DMA.Global , its employees/staff or other students, including unauthorized access or sharing or any form of data leakage.
You understand that violation of this clause may result in disciplinary action by DMA.Global , legal consequences and damage to the reputation of DMA . Global . You also understand that such violations may result in termination of your academic enrollment and/or provision of any services without any liability.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You are prohibited from using our Services to distribute content that:
- Harmful for the child.
- Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities. Please be aware that DMA.Global used by students aged 18 years , and we do not allow content that is inappropriate for these younger students.
- Contains real threats or organizes acts of real violence. We do not allow content that creates a real risk of physical injury or property damage, poses a real threat to people or public safety, or organizes or encourages harm.
- Harassing others. We encourage commentary about people and issues of public interest, but offensive or otherwise inappropriate content directed at individuals will not be tolerated.
- Violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Don’t share content that you don’t have the right to distribute, pass off content you didn’t create as your own, or otherwise infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property or other rights of others. Always acknowledge that the materials you use or quote belong to the original copyright owner.
- Is patently false and misleading and is written or published in any form with the intent to mislead or deceive any person, organization or agency for financial gain or injury to any person.
- Misleads or misinforms the addressee as to the origin of the message/content or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information that is patently false or misleading in nature but could reasonably be believed to be fact; or communicates any information that is grossly offensive or threatening in nature.
- Contains a software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
- Is grossly harmful, offensive, blasphemous, libelous, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, related to or encourages money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any way.
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public order or incites the commission of any offence or obstructs the investigation of any offence or is insulting to any other nation.
- Spam others. Do not share irrelevant or inappropriate advertising, promotional or solicitation content.
- Otherwise, it is a violation of these Terms. Please note that certain courses offered through the Services may have additional rules and requirements.
You are also not allowed to:
- Do anything that violates local, state, national or international laws or breaches any of your contractual obligations or fiduciary duties.
- Don’t share your password, give anyone access to your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.
- Try to access another user’s account.

Such causes may include, but are not limited to, fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, lack of essential utilities, power outages, acts of God, declared or undeclared acts of war, acts of regulatory authorities or national disasters.
FULL AGREEMENT
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service, together with any terms related to the Program, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
PURPOSE
DMA.Global may freely transfer or assign any part of its rights or delegate its obligations under these Terms or any terms of the Program. You shall not transfer or assign, by operation of law or otherwise, any part of your rights or delegate your obligations under these Terms or any terms of the Program without the prior written consent of DMA.Global .
